But here’s the truth: HYROX is simple. It’s a tough race, sure—but it’s built on basic, functional movements. You don’t need gimmicks. You need a plan, and you need to stick to it.
Most people don’t make progress with their fitness goals because they don’t have a plan and they won’t commit for a long period of time.
Consistently good will always beat occasionally great.
Keeping things simple over a long period of time will net high results for the majority of people. Progress is made stacking workouts and staying consistent.
