I’m Rod Clarke — a Hyrox athlete, coach, and founder of HybridFit HQ and HyroxHub.

What started as a way to help a few friends train smarter has grown into a global weekly resource for everyday athletes over 40.

With over 30 years of experience as a sprinter, track coach, and strength specialist, I’ve helped athletes build speed, power, and resilience — from beginners to Olympians.

As a multiple-time state and national sprint champion myself, I understand what it takes to stay consistent, avoid injury, and perform when it counts.

Now, I help athletes over 40 train with purpose — combining strength and endurance without burning out.
